The service

Roamio is an eSIM marketplace: we offer data plans from multiple connectivity providers and enable digital purchase and activation.

Actual network service is provided by local operators. Plan details (data, validity, coverage, hotspot, limits) shown before purchase form part of the agreement.

Eligibility & account

The service is for users 18+ (or minors with guardian consent where allowed).

You must keep account details accurate and credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorised use.

Device compatibility

You need an unlocked (or dual-profile) eSIM-capable device and Wi‑Fi for install.

The on-site checker is guidance only. Compatibility is your responsibility before purchase. Buying for an unsupported device does not automatically entitle you to a refund if the plan was installed/activated, subject to our refund rules.

Orders, pricing & VAT

Prices are in ILS and are intended to include Israeli VAT where applicable. The price at checkout is binding.

Orders require successful payment. We may cancel for fraud suspicion, material pricing error or supplier unavailability — and refund amounts charged.

Delivery & installation

After payment, QR/activation details are sent to the email on your account and shown in My Account. Delivery is digital only.

Install on Wi‑Fi before travel when possible. Do not re-install a profile that already started — contact support. Validity start rules follow the plan description and supplier policy.

Network & fair use

Coverage, speed and quality depend on the local network, load, location and device. We do not guarantee minimum speeds or uninterrupted service everywhere.

Unlimited/day-pass plans may include fair-use policies and throttling after a threshold — see the plan page.

Refunds

Unused, uninstalled eSIMs may qualify for a refund or replacement after support review.

Installed/activated plans, or plans with partial/full use, are generally non-refundable except for delivery failures that prevent reasonable use.

Request via WhatsApp or your account with the order number.

Acceptable use

Do not resell plans without written approval; abuse networks; commit fraud or illegal activity; attack the platform; or scrape the site in a harmful way.

Violations may lead to suspension without refund and further action.

Intellectual property

The site, Roamio brand, design, content and software are owned by Roamio or its licensors. No commercial copying without permission.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Roamio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, third-party network failures, device incompatibility or incorrect installation.

Our aggregate liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where Israeli law prohibits limitation.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new date. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction: competent Israeli courts, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

General

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms are the full agreement regarding site and service use.
