Who we are

Roamio is a travel eSIM marketplace. We compare and sell data plans from connectivity providers and deliver digital activation details.

Scope

This Policy covers roamio.co.il, your customer account, checkout and support, and order-related email/WhatsApp messages.

If you access Roamio through a third party (employer, travel agency), their privacy policy may also apply.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, login credentials (including Google sign-in if used).

Order and service data: purchased plans, destination, activation status, eSIM technical metadata needed for delivery and support, top-up history.

Payments: processed by payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, basic security logs.

Support communications: WhatsApp, email or in-site messages.

How we use data

To create and manage your account; fulfil orders and deliver QR/activation codes; provide support and eligible refunds; send service notices; improve the catalogue and site; prevent fraud; and meet legal duties (e.g. tax/accounting).

We do not sell personal data for advertising.

Legal bases

We process data to perform the purchase contract; with consent where required (e.g. Google login or non-essential cookies); for legitimate interests in running a secure service; and to comply with law.

Sharing

We share data only as needed with eSIM/connectivity suppliers; hosting and commerce infrastructure; payment providers; email providers; and analytics tools if enabled.

We may disclose data to authorities when legally required or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Some suppliers and infrastructure are outside Israel. Data may be processed abroad with reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.

Retention

We keep account and order records while the account is active and for as long as needed for support, accounting, tax and fraud prevention, then delete or anonymise where possible.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (TLS, access controls, secret management). No online system is perfectly secure — contact us immediately if you suspect account compromise.

Cookies

Essential cookies power login and cart. Analytics/marketing cookies run only if explicitly configured. You can block cookies in the browser; some features may then be limited.

Your rights

Subject to Israeli privacy law and applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to certain processing.
